I have run a number of bilingual meetings in the past, and it really is not too difficulkt to arrange a meeting where people are able to talk and ask questions in the language of their choice. UKIP is demoinstrating its lack of respect for part of the United Kingdom.

Caracatus is right. Mr Phibbs' analysis is poor. ,This was a good result for Labour. It is interesting that UKIP had no candidate. If there had been a UKIP candidate, then the Conservatives would have performed less well.
