I think this is not intended t o be in the list as a flaw in "character" but as an indication that the person the author is creating has some feature that makes him less than perfect - like a mole on a cheek. It's a distinguishing feature - not an insult.

I Know, I tried the carob thing, too. No need anymore. We've now been told chocolate is good for you. Bye-bye carob. Hello 'the real thing'.

Most of these could be considered character flaws. Many could also be seen as strengths. It's all in how they are used. When I read that list it strikes me that the actuak words sound cliche. They may be traits consider, but I would not use most of them as labels in my stories. If I did it would be VERY sparingly.

I deleted triberr, too, as I just didn't really 'get' it. I never auto-tweet - possibly because I haven't figured out how. But I think I'll leave it that way. I don't like getting automated messages so I won't send any out..

Often our own perceptions are our biggest enemy. I had no idea I could write - until I did.

Oh, man, I so am there with you. I had thought that my third novel would be ready for sale by year's end, in time for the Christmas rush. yeah, right! maybe Christmas 2013. Sigh.
It's nice to know I'm not alone. lol

Jim, this is great, but I got lost at the point where I change my google url. How do I add the rel=author part and where to I plug that in? Do I need to do it every time or only once and it knows from there on? I'll risk looking like a dummy here in case I'm not the only one. :-)
