I love this post - it contains so many great ideas expressed in a really senstive way. I've realised that I have got a few things I could still develop. I need to become stricter with myself, but I'm going to try one or two ideas, so they are manageable.
This is the beauty of your post - it breaks things down, so the situation is not so overwhelming for people.

It made me realise that also I need to celebrate small milestones in my journey towards becoming debt free once again.
