SEE?!!!! If you convert your natural optimized energy levels into just eradicating the virus and regenerating your body you heal up faster. Other normal energy level people would need to spend more time recovering. =)

It can backfire tho. If you go back to normal activities too quickly without fully recovering it could cause a relapse. It is more likely to happen to you cuz all of the energy of your body is redirected by doing the simplest of activities. In other words, whatever you do you do it to the max and you don't have anything left for anything else, such as fighting a virus. Which would cause the virus to have a chance to re-multiply even tho you have already formed an immunity to it.

awwwy! That was so sweet of you to make this blog when you're feeling sick. I really super appreciate it sweetheart! =) Your pics are absolutely amazing as always! And I really love your all natural look! Remember, I've always loved the look of Asian girls. And you're the worlds most pretty Asian girl that ever was! =D I especially like that bottom one where you're wearing the lace. OFF THE CHARTS ASTOUNDING!!! WOO!! HOO!! =D

I hope you just have the flu and you'll be healing up soon. I wish I was there so I could take care of you! Tila you can heal up faster than normal people cuz you're an energizer girl! The trick is tho, you have to stay still. Just rest as much as you can. Make all of your extra energy go into healing you. =)

Also, be aware that there are numerous things that can cause a fever. An infection somewhere in your body for example. If you're lacking the other common flu symptoms and the fever persists, then go to the emergency and find out whats causing the fever.

In the meanwhile just rest as much as you can. Ok?
