I hear you on the blah day. Mine was the same. I would have had cereal for dinner but the hubs surprised me by having dinner all ready by the time I came home from work. Yay!

Your salad looks amazing! I love portabello mushrooms.

Ahhh! I'd love to do that. Except sprinting with my double - ugh! I think that speed is called a snail's pace. You guys rock!

The blogging community is something that is very, very special. We may never actually meet in real life but it's incredibly amazing to have such amazing support from strangers but who are also very dear friends all at the same time. Keep doing what you are doing girl! You are an inspiration!

Happy National Running Day to you! We had similar days: I ran 2 miles after work (that felt awesome) and I had roasted veggies and quinoa for dinner.

We're good like that! :)

A friend of mine just returned from Africa and said it is one of the most amazing and beautiful places in the world. I hope to see it with my own 2 eyes one day! Be safe and enjoy!

I read Jess' post yesterday and totally understood her point of view. I decided to do the run streak thinking it was "only" 1 mile and I would do it slow on my rest days. If I felt like it was too much, I'd stop. Well, we are 5 days in and I'm calling it quits. My body needs a day off from running. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Ditto on chips. I can't stop so they rarely come into my house.

It's very common to not fire your glues while running. Most people shuffle along( which I do on occasion :) ). Single leg exercises usually do the trick. Good luck with the dry needling. You'll be fine!! :)
