Un Lun Dun is brilliant! It's miles away from anything else Miéville has ever written (although his new adult novel Kraken might be a bit closer to that feel than his others - I still have to read it though....)

If someone's browsing with Firefox and NoScript then the link to post a comment won't show up unless they've allowed intensedebate.com - but if they're using NoScript they're probably aware enough to do a bit of trial and error if something they expect to see isn't there.

I was going to say that logging in as a Wordpress user looked pretty easy, but then when I did log in it ate the second para of my comments and I had to type them all out again! :) On the upside, it seems as if this will email me new comments, which I always like but vanilla Blogger comments don't do...
