Adorable cards!
I just registered through BBC because I don't want to be kicked out for not having credentials.

I'm not gonna lie, I liked Bernie Kosar, the dog.

Besides that, agree with the cliches thing.

That's not too terrible though, I mean the addition only comes to 4 or so books. I bet you can make a dent again... just... not until after BEA.

I will be at BEA this year, but I'm a NYer so financially it's a whole lot easier for me to go.

I just finished Graveminder by Melissa Marr and Strings Attached by Judy Blundell which were very different books but awesome in their own right. I am about to start The Peach Keeper by Sarah Addison Allen, I've got high expectations for it, as I loved The Sugar Queen.

Sorry BEA isn't in the cards for you, but looks like you have some exciting things to look forwards to!

I remember that post! I think I still have it in my favorites. /nerd

I do think passion incites interest which keeps certain posts at a high for stats.

I'm going to come right out and say that I really don't think it's cool that you are calling Jami out like this. I really think that this sort of drama is something that could be sorted out in private through email, not in a public forum.

I mean, it reads like an accusation of plagiarism. And I doubt that's what Jami did.

It's the eye of the reader, it's the cream of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge of our bloggers
And the last known survivor stalks his books in the night
And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger

You can do it and rock the roof off the readathon!!!

I agree, better luck next read!

I wasn't a fan either. However, I also didn't find her writing all that impressive either, like I thought the descriptions were overkill.
