Forums are fantastic. We use a Xenforo software on a board I admin (my own board uses Zeta) and everything is kept trim and light. There are notifications for new posts, and it is very easy to follow a conversation, which is where software like IntenseDebate, Disqus, and Facebook (ugh) fail me. I wish we would move to a forum, also.

I think that's a fair point, and as someone who doesn't like the resolution of the finale, I do get what you're saying. See, I did feel that Starlight Glimmer was evil, deceptive mostly, and that the heel-turn was just way too fast. In fact, that may be my biggest sticking point. If we could have had a little more time with Starlight on her good side, I could have been brought around, but it was just so fast!

While I didn't like the Starlight Glimmer resolution angle they took, I did love 99% of the episode, and of course that ending just made me cry. Don't go ponies! You rescued me from a very dark place!
