That's terrible that they ditched PE for them - and I know this isn't an isolated situation as I've heard of many schools doing similar. I thinks SATs are awful, for the pressure they put both kids and teachers under. I think they shouldn't be told the results either as thaat just adds to the stress...

I don't have a kindle but I really love the feel of a real book. That said I like how easy it would be to travel with a kindle...I just wish I had more time to read to justify one!

Ha ha I love this, so funny! I guess at least she's thinking about what she wants to take - mine are younger but I have to pack EVERYTHING so a bit of input would be great - although maybe not hair straighteners and curling wand!!

Mascara and eye liner are the only products I use so I do think it's good to buy quality as they do last.

Aw how sweet that your daughter was looking after your son so well. Sounds like they're very capable (with wet paper towels!!) of looking after themselves!! :)
