Obey your parents, lol! No kidding, I'm working on hammering home that commandment...
Very true! My mom was a Christian, but very old school. She never talked to me about sex and it left a big hole in my life. What I learned was from very trashy sources and unreliable friends, and it did a LOT of damage. As the mother of 2 girls, I am working to remedy this. Even though my husband is not a believer, he has agreed to let me teach them what I now value: sex with marriage, love with commitment, and God as the center. FYI, there is a book I recently reviewed called "Pulling Back the Shades" for Christian women. It's a response to 50 Shades and offers help to women who are being hurt by this book/movie.
Yes, life does get in the way! One of my goals this year is to make teeny tiny goals, so that I can have success fast - and can go over if I have time, or fit them in when it's madness :)
Oh it looks really cute! Adorable. My kids are big penguin fans, for sure!
Oh it sounds SO wonderful! I don't see a way I can wrangle it in the near future, but you never know. Been to Cali once, it's AMAZING, isn't it?
I'm glad that you did it and got through. Sometimes our bodies just take a toll on us, and I'm glad you are proud of yourself for completing. Way to go1
I've made errors along the way, but now if the product is a good fit for my niched audience, I will take the product, and be upfront - after all, if it doesn't fit, why would the brand even want to use me? I live by trying to have something nice to say about everyone, and if I'm familiar with the product and it's something I'm good with or believe in, sponsored works for me. Sampled reviews can be preferable, because I can be 100% open about the ups and downs of the product. And if I just already like, I'd be cheating my audience if I kept my mouth shut until the brand showed up on my doorstep. So, I do all 3, but I do it with audience top of mind.
Adorable photos! The drinks look awesome, and good for you for doing it! yay!
Good for you! Great pictures, and oh that drink looks delicious!
