I attest to this, when one kindly does something for someone else no matter how small it may be, but it has an impact on the one it is done to, the effects are great to the doer too.
This post coincides with my day today,was feeling quite blue...The neighbors' kids were playing outside happily...and there I was feeling quite down...I decided to invite them over to share with them a cake I had baked and some juice...
They were so delighted as they feasted on cake and juice...and were so thankful afterward....This kind of lifted my spirit...
Doing something for someone else helps one to get the focus off self and it really helps....

Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren
Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale
and I managed to read through the Holy Bible, Reading the Bible start to end was my only 2010 new year's resolution that I voiced
