I don't know how helpful this will be, but if you try to look up your problem on the Steam Forums there is multiple discussions from people having the same issue, I think you might find your answer there

I probably used the wrong word but it's a game that has steam workshop support, like Gmod or Civ 5

Anyway, if you can't find it on Sfm then Ive got nothing. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about Sfm will respond

Well I don't have Sfm, I'm just running off what I do for every other game with Steam Workshop Integration.

Are you trying to manually do it? Like I said, if you go to Steam Workshop and search for the item and subscribe to it, it should automatically put the files in their respective places (Most of the time at least)
