This sort of blemish stick stuff is in a similar vein to the facial oils you can get but for the whole face, I might have to seek this out if they hav eit in the UK, and anything with salicylic acid helps too!

I have to say I've not heard of rose hip oil being good for skin so will seek some out, most of my acne is cleared up now, as it was hormonal from having to kids in 17 months! :-O but I still have some scarring., the odd spot but nowhere near as bad with them breaking out. Thankyou Tyne.x

I did use a bit of tea tree mixed in with my usual cleanser most days, especially at end of day but more a mixture of oils, I'm not sure what you have access to but something like Balance Me facial oil, no paraben setc to clog up skin: https://www.balanceme.co.uk/face/product-family/e...

I'm sure you could find something similar but cheaper. :-)

I have adult acne too, I found the best thing was a natural facial oil (yes!) with no parabens etc and also to use a live yogurt as a mask, the good bacteria kills off the bad bacteria and really helps.x
