OO, man, we tried to switch to that, and one of our cats just rebelled. Held it for a day, pooped on the rug, then crawled into bed with us on a Saturday morning under the guise of snuggling, and then peed on us. Thanks to that furry little terrorist, we are never, ever changing their litter brand.

Top entry cat box. http://www.amazon.com/Clevercat-77000-Top-Entry-L... It's called Clever Cat, but mine are not, and they figured it out pretty fast. It cut down on the litter tracking SO MUCH. Sometimes, they leap out of the box a little too enthusiastically, and you can hear the litter scattering as they do, but even then, the top of the box seems to catch most of it.

Yeah, my three definitely do that to each other pretty frequently. Sometimes they do the "I'm not touching you" paw in face thing.

We set up our fake Christmas tree, aka house cat habitat. we used to store it in the closet and then discovered that the cats had ripped open the garbage bag covering the bottom section and were sleeping in it all year. When I pulled it out last year, it looked a little like we had a badger living in our closet because of the animal shaped nest and long matted cat fur in it.

It's starting to cool off a tiny bit here (read: low 70s) and my cats have begun the process of sucking the body heat out of everyone around them

Petsmart! My bf/cat dad bought it on their website as a surprise (!) replacement for their old one, which they DESTROYED:

Our cats are very large, and so far this seems reasonably stable, even when all three are playing like gigantic, crazed squirrels.
