Wow! How good does it feel to have cut loose a little bit for the sake of celebration, and to still have great results? That is awesome! :-) I have tons of recipes in my bookmark folder, too. I'm actually going to make one of them - black bean brownies - for a Tony Award party I'm going to. I'm not going to tell anyone what the magic, healthy ingredient is until after they're all gone. :-)

The biscotti sounds amazing, Frances! And the packaging is gorgeous! I have done away with butter in my household, too; only healthy oils present. I haven't missed it yet. :-)
