Thanks for including my book int his post, Rosi. It's nice to be in such good company!
I've read Grandma's Tiny House and am also planning to review it, it's so darling. Can I Touch Your Hair sounds awesome!

I'm sure this is a terrific book. I read another book by Chris Grabenstein, Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library, and couldn't stop laughing and snickering. He has a wacky sense of humor indeed. And kids so love to laugh! Thanks, also, for the link to Limberg's post on body language. I've bookmarked that. Hope Maggie has a GREAT performance!

Hi, Rosi, thanks for the links. I enjoyed especially the post about author intrusion. I hope the fund raiser for Maggie is going well. I'm going to pass on winning a copy of The Babysitter's guide to Monster Hunting. My TBR stack is way too high. But it certainly sounds interesting.

What a great trip! And how nice that you met up with one of your blogging buddies and it turned out so well.

The Tapper Twins Tear Up New York sounds like a fun read. Humor is so important, and not every writer does it well. Looking forward to learning more about your Mendocino conference.

What a wonderful sounding book. I've read a couple of books about heroic dogs in WWII, but none about heroic animals in WWI, a period that really interests me. I would love a copy, but I'm going to say keep the offer for others, as I don't know when I would get to it, and I don't want to be a book hog just because it sounds so interesting. You certainly get some great books, though, Rosi. And I enjoy your reviews so much. Have a good day.

This sounds like a charming read. I love books with zany characters, and the idea of getting an accordion out of the blue makes me smile. I always appreciate your links. I enjoyed Greg's explanations of en dashes vs. em dashes. in his latest.

I've been hearing about this book. Even though I've heard about the dangers of peanut allergy, I didn't fully realize how serious it can be. Good that a book is dealing with this issue as well as the issue of bullying in schools.

This sounds like another great book. I love time travel stories, too. For one whole year I was hooked on them. I like the premise of this one (i.e., the mode of time travel). And the story issues sound good, too. Nice review!

Wow, this sounds like a wonderful book! Please throw my name in the hat. I have a US address and am a follower, as you know. Meanwhile, I so love the Confucius quote you shared. I needed to read that, because lately I've been pretty pokey about my writing. I'll go check out the other sites as well. You always point readers to good links. Have a great week.

Ronit & Jamil sounds like a wonderful book. That is an area of the world so important to what's going on these days, and you are right: young people in America know so little about it. I love the idea, too, of a new take on the Romeo & Juliet theme. I also like the few novels in verse that I've read.
