Keep in mind that people do take time to plan weddings and the like; since ME in Colombia is final, there's no need for a mad scramble to marry before the right might be taken away.

Actually, Hively is a statutory interpretation case, not a 5th or 14th Amendment case. If there's a positive ruling from the SCOTUS, it would mean that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 has, all along, contained the protections required to provide equal treatment but they (erroneously) just haven't been enforced in the past.

Yes. If the Ohio legislature feels a need to make some sort of a statement, they can amend the state marriage code to a) remove the current discriminatory provisions and b) state that no churches or clergy are under any legal obligation to perform any marriage ceremony. Plenty of marriage codes in states where equality was legislatively enact already do this.

Rubio seems to be unaware of a little thing called Article III standing. For a future SCOTUS to overturn Obergefell, someone would need to demonstrate that they had been directly injured by it.
