Winston never said that. You should know better than to believe The Sun and The Daily Mail. He actually said it costs the NHS on average £200 every time someone has an appointment with a consultant or GP and doesn't turn up to it. And he endorsed Lord Warner's idea for a £10 a month "NHS membership fee".

And it's put in the shade by Nigel Farage being caught on video saying he thought the NHS should be scrapped and replaced with a National Health Insurance system (taking us backwards to a system we last had before World War Two). And since UKIP's only MPs are defectors from the right wing of the Conservative party, and even the centre of the Conservative party is privatising the NHS as fast as it can, it's a safe bet the rest of UKIP doesn't really want the NHS either.

Right, so you can't cope with any disagreement or criticism from posters, you can only tolerate people who agree with you 100% and shore up your fantasies.

Hezbollah has not attempted to control even Lebanon purely by force either - its been part of democratically elected coalition governments along with Sunni and Christian parties in Lebanon.

As Israeli academic Gabriel Ben Dor has pointed out the alliance of NATO and Sunni dictatorships is arming the Syrian Sunni rebels in order to remove Iran and Hezbollah's only major ally in the region. Hezbollah and Iran know if Assad is overthrown by force they will be targeted next - including by Sunni sectarian jihadists. So they have little or no choice but to get involved in Syria - it's pretty much self defence on their part.__There were already Lebanese Sunni militias fighting in Syria and making rocket attacks on Lebanese Shia villages and towns.__The fact that you quote the Weekly Standard as if it was any kind of reliable source on anything doesn't help this article's credibility either. The Standard even at one point had two articles, one of which said former CIA director George Tenet was lying in his book where it criticised neo-con Douglas Feith - and asking what else he'd lied about - and another simultaneously quoting Tenet's claims in his book that there was plenty of evidence of Iraqi WMD as proving that was true. The Standard has no credibility whatsoever. It could believe 3 mutually incompatible things before breakfast.

Iran has not taken over Lebanon. There was always a large Shia population in Lebanon. Hezbollah was created due to a combination of Israel's occupation of Southern Lebanon for about 20 years, which included torture, killings of civilians and arming fascist Lebanese Christian nationalist militias which were modelled on the Hitler Youth. And it was backing Amal and Hezbollah in Lebanon in 1979 too. Nothing has changed.

Iran arms its ally Hezbollah the same way the US arms its allies Saudi Arabia , Bahrain and Yemen (all dictatorships which torture and shoot protesters like Assad's) and Israel - and Sunni rebels (mostly Sunni Islamists - many of them sectarian) up to now by proxy via the Saudis with 'CIA-co-ordination', now directly.

So if Iran arming Hezbollah is it trying to annexe Syria (which its not) then the US arming the rebels (many of whom are not Syrians but Iraqi, Libyan, Lebanese and Tunisian jihadists - e.g Lebanese Sunni Storm Brigade militia) would also be the US aggressively trying to annexe Syria (again its not though).
