The other day I was having a conversation with my dude about the "worst" musics so I started thinking about country music again, which I have done periodically for a long time, since I grew up in and left "Pennsyltucky." Everything I hate about country music is exactly what you describe and everything I love about country music (aka basically just all of the qualities of Dolly Parton) is exactly what you describe. Thank you for introducing me to Kacey Musgraves.

In rural Pennsylvania, my grandmother was raised in a Presbyterian family that had split from Methodism because the Methodist church in town didn't like how they were running the family business (aka on Sundays). The practical Presbyterians, always looking for entrepreneurs, invited them over. MORTAL ENEMIES.

I think also the 4,000 year old men are often architects, because that is a *~cool~* mid-century career that no one actually understands, and apparently it leaves lots of time to solve mysteries.

When my English teacher asked us what we thought "Hills Like White Elephants" was about, one of the guys in my class who never ever paid attention immediately shot his hand in the air. Pleased but also slightly alarmed, the teacher called on him.

Beaming, he shouted, "He wants her to get BREAST IMPLANTS."
