Following the controversy and will be interested to actually watch the film. I think I'll be agreeing with you. H x

Stunning photo. I simply love this time of year when everything comes to life again.

Love this shot. Barefoot, earthy and the gorgeous dress against that backdrop. Cleverly put together.

Thank you darling Vicky for sharing these invaluable cards on your site. I believe so passionately that they will change the way parents think about their new babies, how they seek support and start conversations with each other. Ultimately they will realise they are not alone with their feelings and that everything will be alright.

Some really beautiful bits here! My girls don't do ballet any more but we still sometimes dress up in the tutus and have a dance around the kitchen.

I feel your pride! Yes, riding a bike is a MASSIVE achievement. We are working on it with Natty, have been for a couple of years and we have far to go I suspect. Hold on to those positive thoughts as we enter the drizzly winter zone. Much love, Hayley x

Love that they dress like my girls and wear glasses too. About time we saw more realistic dolls.

I can empathise with this, albeit in a different way as Natty has a learning disability. All children need to feel independant and 'normal', but sometimes it is tricky working out how best to do that, and to take those tiny calculated risks.

It was so lovely to meet you at Britmums, one of my highlights. It is a very 'full on' event isn't it, and you really have to pick what you need from it. Each year I come home feeling very very different about BML and blogging in general, ranging from giving up to feeling inspired.
Much love and glad your weekend turned right in the end.
