I am such a sucker for mountain views, so of course after seeing your photos, I want to do this trek as well. The best part is that you get great views all along the way and not just at the very top. It's a bummer you missed the sunrise by just 5 minutes, but I'm sure it was all still worth it. Sounds like a pretty well organized trek too.
