We can learn a lot from the Amish. I've made it a point to put my phone away during my days off, it allows me to fully connect with my family. Great post and thoughts.

Fantastic post Kari! I think you hit on the main ones but I'd include self and not relationship focused. We focus on our self's and what we want to do instead of the needs of others.

Fantastic post! I struggle with #1, I'm very driven and sometimes don't take the time to plan or prepare before getting started with the idea or project. I'm still learning to slow down to properly plan. Taking ownership is crucial, it allows us to move toward success.

Great post Kari! I've been disciplining myself to take more time on my faith and building a stronger relationships with God. This means reading the Bible, praying, worshiping, and reading faith based books on a daily basis. I find myself drawn to do more of these things so I can be closer to God.

Great content here! We have to determine the times when we would be inpatient. For me if I'm hungry or have not given myself plenty of time for an appointment or to arrive on time I can become inpatient. I'm still a work in progress when it comes to this area, luckily God is using my wife to help me be more patient.

Powerful post! Whenever I'm feeling down and out all I need to do is to pray and he brings His Spirit to comfort and lift me up.
