I've been seeing this book a lot lately in reviews, all with great ratings.
I love the fact that it's not over-dramatized, and that all of the characters are worth reading about.
I'm a bit picky with YA contemporaries, but I do hope I like this one!

This seems like a really interesting book!
Very cool idea with the notion of being a "fixer". I might have to check this one out.

The thing that I'm worried about regarding this book is exactly what you mentioned- that there might be a lot of extraneous information. I like books that get straight to the point, so I may skip this one. Thoughtful review!
