I love this gingerbread train idea and art is best when edible 😊 My kids and I should really try a 100 Days of Art challenge when they get older - sounds like a blast!

My favorite smoothie is the banana + PB! A little cocoa powder is always great, too :)

I wish I would have read this post a few weeks ago! We just got back from visiting family on a ranch a few miles from Estes Park, Colorado. The ranch sits at about 9,200 ft elevation and, boy, did I FEEL IT! I went for 3 runs while we were there for that week and the combination of rolling hills/mountain terrain and high altitude rocked me. Hydration is a must!

Now I'm back to our "normal" of 800 ft. above sea level and I feel like myself again :) I would LOVE to move to Colorado some day. My running will need some time to adjust, though. Very informative post!

Thanks for the review! Advanced Marathoning sounds like a great read. I ran across that one earlier this year but ended up going with "You (Only Faster) by Greg McMillan. "You (Only Faster)" has been awesome but I want to read "Advanced Marathoning" in the future, too! So much to choose from! Though I'm not sure I could handle a 14-miler on a THURSDAY :)

My running shoes! I take them everywhere with me, just in case I can fit a quick run in :) You never know!

Hahaha great list. Especially the one with the brown GU gel breaking open - it just had to be the brown one?!

Great list! Found your blog on Pin It Thursday.

Thank you so much for sharing this. My husband and I are still waiting for Baby #2 and I have wondered if I should cut back on the exercise. I'm so sorry you are struggling with this but it is encouraging to know that I'm not alone in this struggle!

Great post and reminders! My husband is a great help when he's not working, but as a new mom I still get overwhelmed sometimes... I am very thankful for him and the help he does give me.

When we had our baby, I stepped down from graphic designing for our church because it was taking too much of my attention from my family and our home. I miss it, but there will be another season when I can design again! Having young ones in the house has been a wild new season of life for my husband and I, but I know it will fly by too fast...

I had no idea nasal congestion was a symptom! ... well, I guess my husband and I really may be expecting baby #2. I've had a hunch that we're expecting, but it's hard to tell when I'm still breastfeeding my 7 1/2 month old (cycle is goofed up still).

Thanks for sharing this wisdom! It's encouraging that the congestion and fatigue I'm feeling may be the next pregnancy and not some strange sickness that won't go away :)
