We have a pretty cool media room in our house, so it's just fun to lay back, get the movie on the projector screen and relax. Popcorn is always a must along with some creative teas I like to make. :)

Okay. First things first. I.LOVE.FRENCHIES and I.AM.SO.JELLY. We want one, but I travel so much for work it isn't the time (and my hubs has his own business, so his schedule is also all over the place). Your dogs are ADORABLE.

Thanks for this information; when it does come time for us to bring a Frenchy into the family, we'll know where to start for dog food. :)

This is such an interesting take. I am the opposite. I think marriage is actually really easy - the stuff that happens around it...not always so much lol. It's easy for us because I was in the wrong marriage first and took a lot of lessons with me - same with my husband. We got married "older" by society's standards - we were 37 and 38. We don't sweat the small stuff and we knew going into it - you need MUCH more than love. Love is a good part of the foundation, of course...but you need a lot of other support beams LOL. I think if you remember pride shouldn't be put first, your marriage should - you'll do okay. Thanks for the perspective. And congratulations on 13 years. That's wonderful!

My former roommate (many years ago) did this very thing. They were married on April Fool's Day and divorced shortly thereafter. I find it appalling.

Key word here: The feeling. A lot of these online bullies have this false sense of superiority. It's just a feeling. It doesn't make it so. I am really glad that Lisa came to realize this.

I'd be interested to know if she has addressed these concerns with the people with whom she used to associate (aka the bullies in her past clique). Has she apologized to the friends she claimed to love for treating them so poorly? This beautifully tells us where she was and I hope you'll follow up on this as I think many of us would love to know "where is she NOW."

Heather, thank you so much for your service and this wonderful cause. My father is a veteran who served three tours in Vietnam (28.5 years Air Force) and my husband is active duty Navy. I am not threatened by this at all and I applaud you! In fact, I'd love to help your organization if I could! I think my engagement outfit is from the same place you all may get your outfits! :) Cheers to you. This is one wife who does not see any of our female service members as competition, but as kick ass women who do a job not many of us would sign up for.
