I have been letting my middle grade novels slide but this one seems like I have to get it. Sound s just right for those troubled kids living with grief. Th is is a specific problem for me since my own kids were ten and fourteen when their father died and I was a single mom for seven years. So this speaks to me.

Now I will go to the links you gave, since they sound so interesting. I, too, have sleep problems like what you spoke of and usually just go back to writing. Then take a nap at nine a.m. when I wear out.

Great rhyme and rhythm telling a cute story with a beginning, middle and end. Hard to d o in just one hundred words.

I Hope you win. :) Fingers crossed here too. :)

I LOVE the sound of this one, Rosi. Not only did I Follow you on blogger publicly as well as get an email alert but I put a link to this post on my Clara Bowman Jahn, Author page as well, where my updates go to twitter automatically. I really like your review and the cover as well. Just right for MLK day. :)

Sounds like a great gal and great book!

So glad you got in enough baseball, Rosi! I do miss those days with my sons now grown and gone.

Also love those links. Will come back later and read them because they are just my style. :)

I look forward to reading your links but first I have to comment on the thoroughness of this interview! I loved it.

And I have to get the book. Sounds like I will love that too. :)

I thought PPBF was cancelled due to the contest But I may be wrong. I'll check. I did not do one today because of it. But of course we could always to our own and not link up to Susanna. I love the sound of this book and the title and cover make it a must read.

I have both a kindle and a Nook but read in all three versions. It just depends on what book I'm going to spend time reading. I like the kindle better than the nook because Amazon has more books easier to access than Band N and I love the library for books in paper and trees. I Must say I love having my own library on the kindle makes me excited just to look at it. :)

OH! I Just love Native American stories and have one for next week's PPBF my self. I love the detail you went into with explaining the author and illustrator.and I'm looking this one up tomorrow at the library.

Thanks also for the writer links. I do that, too. It is so much fun. And that way one does't really loose the tabs when we have to close out of them. (that is my secret agenda in doing it. lol )
