For context, this was the comment that started the thread (also mine):

"I ... kind of think Roman is the best person to identify with on Party Down. I was on the subway with my husband once and saw Raul Esparza because Scott was sitting right next to him. (I'd recognize that jawline anywhere.) Because I was sitting directly across from them, I couldn't indicate to Scott that he needed to look to his right, and Scott, being a regular subway rider, was looking straight down like you're supposed to. I tried to text him, but we were underground. As soon as we were up the stairs at our stop, I yelled, "YOU WERE SITTING NEXT TO DR. CHILTON THE WHOLE TIME!"
