This worked perfectly for hard-cooked eggs. We made Lao bamboo soup with quail eggs and would have been lost without this advice.

So, how many calories in a margarita? Even if there's a full ounce of sugar in the simple syrup, and counting what's in the tequila and triple sec, it's got to be close to that mark. And if it isn't I don't care because it's delicious!
