I was watching something on Travel Channel yesterday about specialty food trucks and one popped up with someone who experiments with dry ice. He made some odd popcorn flavored cream that everyone found delicious. Sounds like it'd be on your favorites list.

I honestly try to seek enjoyment from all of the little things in life and attempt to get my husband to see the goodness as well. Since July's halfway over, I'm really setting my sights on autumn because not only is it my absolute favorite season, there's so many amazing and fun things in store for us.

That's a great mind-set you have because it's easy to get jaded in any profession, but it wouldn't be fair to your students since you have the power to impact their lives so thoroughly.

And even though young adults are lacking in life experience, having a good teacher they can rely on might be their map and guide to traversing through life.
