Speaking of celebrity sightings during flights from hell, one early 3:30am morning stuck at the Antigua airport in the Caribbean during the 80's, my sister said to me, "Isn't that Paul Simon over there?" I said I dunno, why don't you check. She went over and talked to him for about half an hour and they had a fun chat. He was trying to get to Montserrat, we to Guadeloupe.
Indeed, I am familiar with these 3-day, 72-hour travel ordeals. What is amazing about this one is that the passports keep getting taken before everyone is brought to a hotel. Very scary! I've been witness to the "Pile of Luggage on the Tarmac" as well, an incredible sight. After the first time it happens, it is no longer a flight from hell, just a soul-strengthening experience. I'm amazed at some of the inconveniences people have written about here on this website. They truly have no idea how bad it can get.
Why I got a C in Art History
Wow lots of memories here, thanks.
I'm loving this KITH Monday bizz. Starts the week off RIGHT.
This is great news, especially if it's as solid in Windows as it is on the Mac. I've been through a lot of sequencers since 1987 and always come back to DP. I use it mainly for MIDI orchestration and audio editing, not live recording. The creative tools such as echo transpose are outstanding.
Yeah, that was pretty strange when DP started saving in WAV. You can still change it back to AIF in the preferences.
Thanks for posting this fix. Works great!
