This sounds like a nice exciting read. I love books that are quick reads and fast paced. It sounds like it could have used a little bit more in some areas but I am glad you enjoyed it overall. Great review!

I saw this book around but hesitated to pick it up because it was part of a series. It is good to know that it can be read as a stand alone. I love a book that surprises me so this one really appeals. Great review!

I think you have some wonderful books lined up for this spring. Morning Star was wonderful. I really wish that I had done a re-read of Red Rising and Golden Son first like you are planning to do. I loved The Smell of Other People's Houses and hope you enjoy it as well. I can't wait to see what you think of all of these!
