Dear Ella,

Oh, how much I enjoyed your review! Thank you so so much for hosting Me Tarzan--You Jane on your blog and for the incredible review. Loved it how you started by not liking Jane and ended up loving her in the end. That's the one thing us writers strive to get out of our readers--emotions. As it looks that's one mission accomplished.
So sorry for your loss... life feels like stopping when that happens but then you wake up the next morning and realize the sun, the world keeps moving and so you have to do the same. Really happy you found your second chance and since today is Valentine's Day let me just wish you endless love and happiness. Lucas, Jane and Ella are sending you lots of sun and smiles :)

Oh Ella, I was about to turn off the lights but one last look at my email brought me tweets and tweets brought me to you. Couldn't ask for a better way to end the night and I can't thank you enough for the awesome review. I cringed when I read about your loss. Some scars remain forever, but we should be able to live and love again, I keep telling myself each and every day. So so happy you found love again. There's nothing love can't heal, isn't it? And yes, Ella is the perfect name 😉😉!
Once again so so many thanks for the kind words and awesome review. May your 2015 be the best year ever!

Susan, I feel for you, my dear. I call January the bear's month since all I want is to hibernate. I have days throughout the month when nothing makes me happy, no matter what. The dumpster is not big enough to hold me. But then, I reach for a good movie, or music, or just chat with friends. The other day I watched "The Circus" with and by Charlie Chaplin created back in 1928. I needed a good laugh. I find it by accident on Hulu. It was cute and in the end it made me feel better.
Don't do anything that feels like a chore. Yeah, leave that hamper with clothes for later. It will still be there when you FEEL like dealing with it (fairies don't come to fold them for you, promise).
Instead do whatever gives you the biggest pleasure and hopefully it will change your mood.
Lots of sun from AZ!

None of your books made it on my shelves this year, but would love any of them, except The Hunger Game, which I promised myself I won't read it for the simple reason that I'm a true believer in the "It shouldn't hurt to be a child" saying.
Your blog site is lovely ;) Thanks for the giveaway!

Susan,

that wonderful model on your header is my dear friend Iwona A. Bak who is also the model on one of my cover. Love that girl! I saw her photos on so many covers, even the other day at the store on a perfume commercial.
Now, back to business:

Albert, I have to say I NEVER read anything related to politics. In my country politics is called a "whore" (sorry for the bad language)--for money it would do anything. I don't watch political news as well. It simply bores me to no end. Yet your post caught my attention and I'm glad I read it. For one, you narrowed down pretty much everything others write looooonnnnnnnnnng put-me-to-sleep articles. Secondly I agree (almost 90%) with what you've wrote. And for that to happen, I must tell you--it's hard.
I come from a country where communism destroyed several generations. The damage is so intense, even now after more than 20years since the extermination of that form of government, the country struggle so much, I have serious doubts it would ever stand on its feet. And because I was raised under communism and knows its signs, I can't help but worry about where is our USA heading? If we keep going down this path, oh boy!... Unless someone had lived through something in particular, no one can really understand what it can happen.
Bottom line is that both party the Dems and the Reps let America down, (almost) equally guilty for the state we are in. And pointing fingers won't help, you're right.
So, once again for the post. I really enjoyed it.
