Anyone else wonder why you can use the 'F' word interchangeably in a sentence as a verb, noun, adjective, or adverb?

I'm all for being polite and generally trying to be as nice as humanly possible to folks I meet on a daily basis, but what ever happened to common sense? Seems obvious to me that there are people in this world who are on the constant mission of LOOKING for reasons to be offended. Race, orientation, religious affiliation, political party, income level, intelligence level, if there's a problem, some people will find it and bitch about it so much that we all have to attend sensitivity training.

Seems rich coming from myself, a heterosexual white guy, scourge of western society, dominator of the minority and oppressor of women, to be waxing on how others feel about what my brethren have done to anyone who wasn't in the good ole boy club.

But, but, but and a big however - when anyone crosses the line of common sense and basic decency toward our fellow beings in the name of whatever the latest bullshit issue is, well that just pisses me off. This list just points to how completely stupid and insane some people are all in the name of not hurting anyone's feelings. I want someone to apply the same rules to my boss, my ex wife, and that a-hole who cut me off in traffic. What about my fucking feelings?

The flip side to all of this is that white people have fudged up the works, come on, it's true that a lot of us have acted like a bunch of dick-headed mooks. So it's only natural that we be called on some of this bullshit and shut our festering pie-holes. Maybe then we'll recognize how stupid, dumb and shit headed we've been and realize that there are others around us who we've wronged.
