Suprisingly, I've found the complete opposit to you!
I'm on a pill called Yasmin, and I think it's saved my life! Periods are less painful and heavy, I was such strong painkillers before...I couldn't walk when i took them (same thing they give you for after labour pains and kidney/liver surgery :-s)
I came off of St John's Wort to go on the pill and I warned The Boyfriend that it could be a very very bad choice to try and do so but to bear with me I'm determined to give it a try (i had been on the pill years ago as a teenager and it made me so miserably depressed).
Initially the first few weeks were tough but now I'm fine, I feel the most even in terms of moods and depression than I have in years, I think it's helped to regulate my hormones.
My lifes completly different now that I've gone back on it, whoda thought!

Lol I can completly understand why the round robin texts annoy you, they are my pet peeve with a certain group of friends, why do you think alot of my good mates are blokes?
And as for the general needines of the 'you dont text me anymore mesages' Urgh who needs hassle like that...
