I love The Raven Cycle - especially on audio. So excited about the final book this year. And I loved The Cutting Season when I read it a few years back, but haven't gotten to any of Locke's other books - will have to remedy that.

Happy New Year, Amy! I hope 2016 brings you much joy.

I loved Eleanor and Park, too. And it was also my lowest reading year in ages - and knowing what lies ahead in 2015, I don't think the trend will be upward. But I always figure if the reason I'm doing less reading is that I'm doing more living, that's okay.

Happy New Year, Amy!

Ooo, I forgot to mention how I think this would make an awesome premise for a BBC mystery series!

I loved this on audio. I really like character-driven crime fiction, and I felt like that is what this is. It was more about the characters of Robin and Strike than about the mystery itself, and since I loved their working relationship, that made it a satisfying listen for me. Plus, the actor who read it was absolutely brilliant. I am so looking forward to book two, but will wait until I can get the audio, I think - unless I'm offered a review copy. I got my dad to listen to it, too (I've tried to get him to read Harry Potter for ages, but with no luck), and he loved it as much as I did.

I watched this ages ago, but I remember that I kept thinking, "I shouldn't be laughing at that. That's horrible!" :)

Looking forward to Zombie Club! And I don't know if I'll have time to rewatch Fargo before Tuesday, but I probably remember enough to at least follow the discussion. :)

I'm also looking forward to your thoughts on Cuckoo's Calling.
