This is one of the articles I wish it was mine and I had published in on my own blog. No, I am not envious, I simply admire the clarity of this one.

Concerning the "no" I could give lessons in that because it is simply easier and more useful than "maybe". I am thinking a lot about change and found out that it is not the hardest thing that initiator might face a lot of protest. The worst about change is our value system which we are hardly ever aware of (until it is challenged) and all the thought patterns we host unknowingly. This means create obstacles where we should find solution by our own blind spots.
