Henrietta Lacks is one of my favorite books, great choice!

I've been lucky enough to see Shakespeare performed both in Stratford-upon-Avon and at The Globe Theatre in London and they were amazing.

My husband got me hooked onto Storage Wars. It's really quite dumb but I can't.look.away.

Thanks for visiting my blog!

I spent an afternoon in Stratford-upon-Avon several years ago and it was lovely. It is definitely a must-visit for any Shakespeare fan.
BTW -- a Canucks fan? Boo. I'm a Winnipeg native and now live in Chicago suburbs so its the Jets and Blackhawks all the way ;-)

I too am a book hoarder -- I realized this when I purchased a few books recently only to discover they were already on my shelf. Not read. We need our own support group.

I agree that one must suspend disbelief a little with the journal, but after all, Christine was a novelist before her "accident" so maybe that is the reason for such prolific and polished writing?
What I enjoyed about this book was that I never quite knew who not to trust -- Ben or Dr. Nash.
