One of my favorite things about dogs is how happy they look about being dogs, and huskies seem the MOST happy. So obviously I loved that husky-kitten thing.

that's horrible I'm so sorry. Last time I had that it was an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, but it started 2 weeks after I started the drug. I assume a doc would have caught something like that for you.

I probably wouldn't have been allowed to go with other teens or a youth group, but my dad took me. Probably the most wholesome music festival experience possible.

I think I saw 15? My dad was all about bringing us to CCM concerts, and I went to at least one festival in this era.

I think I could sing all or most of the top ten here right now, so these are mostly correct. I don't like "Love Me Good" very much, but I do have a good memory of my 7-year-old sister mishearing the lyrics as "give me love, give me love, puppy girl" and that's delightful. I also like that Rich Mullins song a lot more than you must, I'd at least put it in the middle section.

I haven't worked at subway for, like, 14 years? but the smell still clings more than it should when I set foot in the place. Which I do from time to time because I can always eat those sandwiches even when everything else on earth sounds unappetizing.
I am now facebook friends with one of my managers from that era. She's cool.
