i could not remember if I have tried A&W, I am not sure if it was introduced in my home country the same time with McDo and wendy's, so with competition, I may have not been there, but I can pretty well recall they also was very popular for root beer.

i have not heard of propyphenazone, maybe I do not see it here because it is not sold here at all or may be banned. phenylpropanolamine on the other hand i had used back when i was in philippines, suffering from sinusitis according to one of the doctors i saw. however, another doctor ( still in the philippines) told me i have little sinusitis and suffering from allergy rhinits, so she prescribed me flonase (nasal spray ) for maintenance and claritin so i don't wake up with headache and runny nose. since then, my conditions improved.
