This is the other side of not judging a book by it's cover. He may have looked good on the outside, but he was a horrible person. Good for you for knowing that and passing on the relationship.
Such a good post. I love your photographs. The one of the two of them cuddled up in front of the computer is precious and the kids practicing their running at the camera made me giggle. Looks like you had a great week!
Love the answer to what children are. So funny. Really cute pictures to go along with it too. And it seems that a lot of us in the blogosphere share blogging and photography as hobbies.
I like the swing picture and the one of him looking into the hollowed out chocolate bunny cause it's just cute.
Great capture of the tulip and your pup is absolutely adorable!
I love all of the colors in your set. Everything looks so vibrant. Also, is that one cookie (bottom right) decorated as a thunderstorm with a person getting struck by lightning? If so, that is kind of hilarious.
I really feel for parents these days. Kids can learn from SO many different sources that I feel as though parents have to do a dance to make sure they beat these other sources to the punch. Hopefully you've opened the door enough that he will come to you if he does start to hear about it somewhere else.
Love the practicality of your brother's statement. The pictures are really cute and I'm sure the bikers were super thankful that they were rescued from the ravaging flood waters. :)
Usually it's the stylist trying to confirm to the client that the cut will look good...not try to talk them out of it. I like the picture of Heidi, but agree with the others and would love to see a picture of you!
Is it sad that I was really proud of myself for making a 100 on the quiz? Maybe I should step out of the blogging world for a bit.... Regardless, this is a helpful lesson. It is one that my teachers actually taught me, so whenever I use those words, I always find myself running through it in my mind. :)
