This is a great recipe for browned butter, brown rice krispie treats. I folllowed the instructions exactly as stated. Butter melted on low. Add peeps in separate rows as shown in the picture. Did not stir. Melted 8-10 minutes. Added cereal and fold together. All brown. No colors doesn't look a thing like the pictures. They taste like really great browned butter rice krispie treats, but there is no indication of the separate peep colors. They're brown. So I have to say I'm highly impressed you were able to get yours to look like the pictures because I did absolutely nothing different than you did.
