Another wonderful post! My favorite energy food is a smoothy with greek yogurt, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, some ground flax seed and green tea leaves. My favorite celebratory food is Kirchmyer's chocolate truffles, but I also like a good yellow birthday cake with vanilla buttercream icing every now and then!

Wonderful post! Like Maria, I do this, but should do it more. I also ask the kids that are watching to each tell me something the dancers did right and something they did wrong/could do better. That way they have to pay attention.

Another great post, Diana! I always try to include a cool down in my classes, but I feel like there is never enough time to be as thorough as I would like, so it is important for dancers to take responsibility for their own bodies.
