That is insane. The founders had to deny their children nothing because their children were the leaders who would replace them some day. John Adams... John Quincy Adams, raised in Europe for ten years while his father was a US Ambassador, -he could have been born in Europe and it would not have mattered all all because natural national membership is transmitted from parents to children, just as life is transmitted.

It is unrelated to authorization.

That is technically true but not fundamentally true. He would be more accurately described as not being a *recognized* citizen. One can be a real citizen but without proof one's citizenship cannot be acknowledged by legal authorities, just as one can be a fake citizen and recognized as being a citizen when one's birth certificate is counterfeit. Natural law is only concerned with natural *membership*, while the term natural born citizen is a hybrid term combining both natural law and human law since "citizen" is a legal concept, while natural and born are from the natural realm.

the foreign-born children of American couples, and
the foreign-born children of only one American parent.

Each of those groups individually constitute a very small percentage of the people in the United States, and all together might make up maybe 5%. If the Constitution excluded all of them, the numbers in today’s world would be significant, but the percentage would be almost insignificant.

It is a mistake to assume that Obumer's vital birth record was "amended" after Dunham married Soetoro. That would have been impossible for three reasons; 1. an amended name-change is only made for very young children or newborns who would not be able to remember having any parents other than their adopted parents.
2. Soetoro's adoption of Barry was an Indonesian adoption and not a Hawaiian adoption. With no Hawaiian birth record, there was no legal proof that Dunham was Barry's mother, so she could not have claimed legal custody, nor could Obama Sr. other than by a secret mysterious marriage that still remains unproven.
