Not according to the Cincinnati media. Reportedly they hired Ian Kapitan, a chef who had applied for the position but chose not to compete on the air. A tough break for George, but maybe he's gotten another good opportunity since interviewing for this job.

I'm all for bloggers monetizing - as long as the reader experience stays great, which with the thought you've put into it i'm sure it will.

I recently also added ads to my blog site, 'cause I'm sure I'll start making mad money, and all while I sleep! Not sure if that will work out, but I have had great experiences working with brands and writing sponsored posts that are fit well with my blog.
