My friend and I (mostly her) used to write fan fiction about the Haunted Mansion - you know, the ride in Disney World? I remember them being quite good, actually. This was middle school.

ALSO - I was never much of a creative writer, so I mostly consume the fanfic of others, and I remember being extremely frustrated by the lack of perfect Ozma/Dorothy fic in the Oz fandom.

Delurking and late to the party, but I agree with the clerk -- if you like Fraction's Hawkeye you will probably like the current Daredevil series. They are very similar in tone.

Yes, this is a subject that they have directly addressed in X-Men comics.

My secret dream is to adapt the early, post-Giant Sized X-Men issues into a live action sitcom, but add Beast and also Emma Frost to the cast.
