WOW. CrossFit and an 8 miler in the same day. No matter how rough/"slow" those went, you're still a rockstar for getting them both in in the same day. Keep it up, lady! (& I love the DC photos - makes me want to visit again this year!)

I was having a rough time dealing with food at the conference as well. When I'm overwhelmed/too stimulated, I get into funks where eating becomes difficult. This happened to be during the extended break on Saturday. On top of it, I was hanging out with a group of about 15 bloggers - all who had no problem selecting an option from a local food cart. And all I could do is stare at the menu and say "I just want a juice from Kure". They were all really kind about it, but I still felt so foolish. I did feel okay though in saying "this is what my body wants right now" - the supportive vibe is one of the best things about this conference.
