I had a one week facebook detox a while ago, was amazing, was hard to start with, it sure is like an addiction, but can be such a time waster too, I really need to work on making less time on there, find it got worse when I got my own page, you check your personal profile, your page, and seem to be on there forever and feel shit when you get off.
I get this post, I really do.
good on you for having a detox, think we all need to do it more often xx
