As the world evolved, we managed to bring leadership as the new way of approaching authority and make the manager more human. This is what young leaders need to understand, that their role is not to show older generations that they are better trained or smarter, but to learn from one another. This generation gap should not be approached as something negative, but as an opportunity to learn and improve.
