I do that that happiness is a choice. Obviously, there are certain events that happen that can bring upon joy or sadness. But, overall, I think happiness is a choice. We can decide to sulk and feel sorry for ourselves or we can decide to look on the brightside and make the best of the situation. I'm a believer that you if wake up and say "today will be a great day," you'll be right. However, if you wake up thinking "today is going to be terrible" you will also be right.
Looking through Mama Pea's book (Peas and Thank You) totally made me smile today :)
