Yoga does have so many benefits for runners, cyclists, etc. It's just hard for most of us to take the time to practice yoga instead of pushing our bodies with the other activities!
I love the point about helping us with our breath. I find I'm a lot more in tune with my breathing since trying to practice yoga on a regular basis. I breat shallow or even hold my breath so often!

That would have been the experience of a lifetime! It was awesome reading your point of view from the entire event!
I've crossed the IM finish line four times but oddly have never dreamed of making it to Kona. However, spectating Kona has always been on my bucket list!

We have a one delicious vegan restaurant here and we LOVE their food but don't like going to restaurants too often either.
Thanks for sharing the recipe. It looks delicious! I've yet to use quinoa with Mexican, but I'm sure it'll give it great texture!

That looks phenomenal! Snowshoeing is hard work. I got a pair of running snowshoes last year and have used them a few times. What I thought would be a 30 minute run quickly got downgraded when I realized how tough it is!
I live near the Alberta Rockies so have some pretty great mountains here. However, last year we tried Tahoe and loved it. I'd love to go to more ski resorts in the States!

Thanks for sharing your experiences!
I often debate testing out a dairy free diet. My husband is vegan, so it wouldn't be too big of a change. I'd just have to give up chocolate, yogurt, and the occasional cheese. Mostly I want to try it for my acne and to see if it increases my energy.
